Old Sloop Presents: Chelsea Berry with special guest Megan Burtt

Chelsea Berry will return to the Old Sloop at 7:30pm Saturday, September 9. Chelsea’s friend, frequent collaborator, and special guest Megan Burtt will open the show. This performance will be in the church sanctuary.

Chelsea is a powerhouse vocalist and performer. Dubbed “the Pink of folk music” by acclaimed singer songwriter Susan Werner, Chelsea’s shows are driven by her dynamic stage presence, heartfelt lyrics and stories, and masterful writing. She has released 10 original albums over her 25-year career and has collaborated on projects with dozens of other writers and performers. Her music is played regularly on Sirius XM’s The Loft and has been featured on local radio and TV stations from Modesto to Manhattan.

Coloradan Megan Burtt has performed at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater, been featured with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, toured Europe and across the US, and won the nation’s most prestigious songwriting contests, including Rocky Mountain Folks Fest, Kerrville, and NW Region Mountain New Song.

Tickets will also be sold after the worship service September 2. The suggested contribution at the door is $25 for adults, $5 for those age 18 and under, and $50 for families.
