Rockport New Year’s Eve

Rockport New Year’s Eve is a family-friendly year-end celebration of the arts held annually since 1996. Halls, churches, town offices, and some streets are taken over by happy revelers celebrating the New Year. Our church is a major sponsor, allowing the use of the entire facility for the event. This year, Daisy Nell & Capt. Stan & The Crabgrass Band will open the evening in Fellowship Hall at 6:00, followed by Sol y Canto at 8:00, and Henri Smith & Friends at 10:00 and 11:00. In the sanctuary, Jambalaya Horns will perform at 6:00 and 7:00, Sorellanza at 8:00 and 9:00, and Three Sheets to the Wind at 10:00 and 11:00. There is all kinds of entertainment throughout downtown Rockport, beginning with children’s activities at 4:00. See the schedule here.
